Monday and Wednesday nights sessions went very smoothly this week with our instructing team doing what they do best! Be that within the small group sessions or in the more intense 1-2-1 training format. On Monday Nick San, one of our highest grades in sword under Richard San and Tim San, started the sword class off before Richard San took over, lovely to see Nick San gain confidence in the teaching of this amazing art!Nick San wisewarrior, slide 16
On Wednesday night Richard San put a potential new student through his paces with Kash Sans assistance, while Tor San and our newest brown belt; Sempai Lucy, guided the beginners class. Tim San as always kept his steely grip on the rest of the class!
With our new web site upgrade just around the corner you’ll find some new links to a couple of projects we have developed last year, in particular HMA and Reflective Aikido. wisewarrior, Holistic courseBoth these styles are at the cutting edge of our personal development projects as they have a strong mix of physical movements and thought developing concepts. Also on the new site there will be a strong emphasis on the other members of the imagesWisewarrior teaching team, the growth of our blackbelts to senior instructors is so important to the development of the class, and themselves!!
This personal development is one of the main reasons we began Wisewarrior Training, and in this area of our training programs, along with some great instructors, we wish to advance further this year with events and workshops as well as other lesson formats with our existing students, martial arts should always be much more than just a way to hurt another man, but should in fact be a way to find the ‘life fighter’ within.

See you in the dojo!wisewarriorbloglogo
