Bit of a housekeeping update this week, firstly well done to all of our students who turned up to the gradings, a great performance by all of you, but it was tough one! The quieter gradings always give the examiners time to ask ‘everything’ from you! So the requirements to pass are just as hard as ever, lots for our instruction team to work on with you!

But as your instructors we do know what you go through, and the sacrifices you make for putting yourself on to that grading area, anybody who enters that arena leaves stronger knowing more about themselves, thats the important bit not just the different belt colour!

Blackbelts! March the 16th is coming up soon! This is your special blackbelt seminar run by Tim San and Richard San, the start time should be at 2pm, but we are awaiting confirmation from the Yoga Centre, please if you haven’t let the sen’s know already if can make it then please do so, we will also be giving you a taster about the session this week in the ‘Whats On’ blog, so stay tuned for that one!

…And finally, we hope you enjoyed the pictures of Mark San’s kicks in last weeks blog, well just to even things out a little here are a couple of pictures from last week of Nick San who evened things out in his own special way, lets call that one a draw eh guys?!!Cheltenham Martial Arts
