Syllabus, syllabus and yet more syllabus on Monday!!

Everyone was looking good and on track for Sundays Gradings with everyone performing very well indeed. So much so that Richard San decided, seeing as everyone was looking so sharp we might have a light reprieve and got Tim San to run the class through some weird Aikido like concept – basically he just left Tim San to it, knowing full well that there was bound to be some whacky analogy brewing that Tim San couldn’t wait to vent, seeing as most other weeks had such a strong grading bias.

And right he was, for Tim San did indeed have yet another ‘off-the-wall’ concept that had the class chucking themselves around like no tomorrow!!

Wednesday nights training began with a rather simple brief from Tim San…

“What don’t you know – cos if we can’t fix it tonight then you’re not grading on Sunday!!”

Sure enough there were a number of issues and wrinkles to iron out along with yet more emphasis on Focused Performance. But the class did extremely well and by 8pm everyone was performing at their best.

Finally, Tim San and Richard San had had enough and called a halt to anymore syllabus work, announcing that it was high time we had a bit more fun…

Enter the ‘Wisewarrior Tag Team’ Training System. A high level instructors game where the Sens took it in turns to create partner routines for the class to follow. The only rule being to add or improve upon the previous routine. There really is nothing like a bit of friendly competition between the instructors to get the class moving!!
